  • You can come in and work at your own pace with your own program ,we are not into fast paced group classes. You do you.

  • You have constant support and guidance. We arent like big box gyms that take your membership and leave you to your own accord
  • We understand there is level of anxiety and stigma to strength training in gyms, we eliminate this by having a coach with you every session and also having a no ego, no hero policy

    • 1 x 60-80 min 1 on 1 assessment
    • 9 x shared coaching sessions over 3 weeks
