  • Perfect for beginners who want to learn how to lift. If youre intimidated, have no idea where to start or if you worried about getting injured we have you looked after.
  • Also perfect for intermediate lifters who want a structured program and coaches to develop their existing technique and training mindset.
  • Or If you want a taste of our coaching services before transitioning to a pchc coaching member.

Whats Included:

  • 1 x 60-80 min 1 on 1 Squat / Bench / Deadlift assessment
  • 12 x Shared Personal Coaching sessions over 3 weeks
  • Training is broken into 3 strength training days and the option of a 4th conditioning session
